Eric is in his nineteenth year with The R.H. Johnson Company, where he oversees the acquisition, disposition, development and redevelopment of retail, restaurant, hospitality and multi-family assets. To date, he has completed more than $1 billion in projects across seven Midwestern states.
He has been instrumental in developing and acquiring a portfolio of assets for dozens of ownership entities, many of which he serves as managing partner, overseeing ongoing asset management. Eric brings deep expertise across all facets of commercial real estate, including brokerage, development, construction, financing, leasing and asset management with a particular strength in sourcing opportunities and maximizing asset value.
Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, from the University of Kansas. He is an active supporter of several local and regional charitable organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Midwest Innocence Project. Eric resides in Mission Hills, Kansas with his wife, Sara and their two daughters, Olivia and Reese.
